ILX POS is point-of-sale software published by ISSULOGIX Digital Solutions, Trikaripur, Kasaragod, Kerala, India.

The licence

Buying a plan licenses you to run ILX POS for the number of users, branches and machine activations that plan states. The licence decides which modules open. It does not transfer ownership of the software.

Subscription and one-time plans

Monthly plans run until you stop them and access ends when the subscription does. The offline PC plan is bought once: it keeps working after purchase, and what renews is updates and support, not the right to use it.

Your data

Your shop data is yours. On self-hosted and offline plans it never leaves your hardware. On the vendor-hosted plan you can export or take a backup at any time, and we will hand over a copy on request if you leave.

What we do not promise

ILX POS helps you produce GST and VAT documents correctly, but filing your returns and the accuracy of what you file remain yours. We are not your accountant or your tax adviser.

Support and updates

Support is by email and WhatsApp during business hours. We fix defects and publish updates; we do not guarantee a specific future feature unless we have put it in writing to you.

Prices

Prices on this site exclude GST and VAT and may change. A price we have quoted you in writing is the one that applies to your order.
