ILX POS is point-of-sale software published by ISSULOGIX Digital Solutions, Trikaripur, Kasaragod, Kerala, India.

What we collect

The enquiry form on this site collects your name, business name, email address, mobile number, the plan you are interested in and your message. That is the whole of it — there is no tracking pixel, no advertising network and no third-party analytics on this site.

What we do with it

It is emailed to our sales inbox so we can reply, and a copy of the acknowledgement is sent to you. We use it to answer your enquiry and to follow up about ILX POS. We do not sell it, rent it or pass it to anyone outside ISSULOGIX and the authorised agent handling your region.

Your own shop data

ILX POS itself is licensed software. On the self-hosted and offline plans your sales, customers and stock live on YOUR hardware and never reach us at all. On the vendor-hosted plan they live in your own tenant on our server, and we access them only when you ask us to for support.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept while the enquiry is live and for as long afterwards as we may reasonably need to answer a follow-up. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. It stores one item in your browser — the currency you chose on the pricing table — which never leaves your device and which clearing your browser data removes.
